Velvixs Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, which means you have 30 days to refund your purchased item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund

- Our customer care team will assist you through the return and refund process.
If your return/refund request is accepted, you will receive your refund amount within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@velvixs.com.

Items sent to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
